Shipping policy

We ship all orders via USPS at 3PM each day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS.

USPS Retail Ground-Delivery in 2-8 business days for non-urgent and oversized packages (Zone restrictions may apply)

 

USPS First-Class Mail ParcelDelivery in 1-3 business days for envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz

 

USPS Priority Mail- Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days

 

USPS Priority Mail Express- Overnight delivery to most U.S. locations

International Shipping Options

USPS First-Class Package International Service- Delivery time based on destination

 

USPS Priority Mail International- Delivery in 6-10 business days

 

USPS Priority Mail Express InternationalDelivery - in 3-5 business days

 

USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG)Delivery-  in 1-3 business days

Delivery Time

For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days 
For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days. 

Shipping Policies

All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Domestic Orders

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify you enter the correct address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at customerservice@bellemaynaturals.com the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process that next 2 business days.

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

If a package is returned to Bellemay Naturals LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Bellemay Naturals LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bellemay Naturals LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once address has been confirmed for delivery. Upon inquiry, Bellemay Naturals LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders

Bellemay Naturals LLC is not responsible If you receive damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 30 days of placing your order.

 

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Out of Stock Items

 

We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

Bellemay Naturals LLC stands behind the products we sell. If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us via email or phone by 9am Eastern Time the next business day.
